Industrial Water Chiller Production Workshop

We have 6 workshops for the production of different types of compressed air purification equipment, as well as one warehouse and one testing room. The six production workshops are responsible for manufacturing small capacity refrigerated air dryer, large capacity refrigerate air dryer, desiccant air dryer and industrial water chiller, as well as for after-sale service maintenance and painting.

1. With the production capacity of 400 sets per month, the small and large capacity refrigerated dryer production workshops mainly manufacture the small, medium and large products in mass scale for the order.

2. The desiccant dryer production workshop attains the productivity of 150 sets monthly. With high production requirements, the related production procedures cover welding, assembling, debugging, etc.

3. The industrial water chiller production workshop can fabricate 400 sets in one month.

4. The after-sale service maintenance workshop is manly in charge of repairing customers’ machine with malfunction.

5. The painting workshop carries the work of painting the desiccant air dryer. We have the sophisticated painting room to paint the machine with the color that the customers require.

6. The warehouse is for raw material management and production material requisition control.

7. We implement the order product sampling inspection as well as the test for new product in the test room.

In addition, we are also equipped with the working staff dormitory building, activity room and dining room.
