The LSF series air cooled water chiller is fabricated with capacity from 1.5 to 80 RT, and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation.
1. Stable Performance
Fitted with imported famous brand hermetic refrigeration compressor, this range of industrial water chiller works with low noise and high efficiency. Its adoption of red copper tube heat exchanger ensures high heat transfer efficiency. Additionally, imported valves and components are adopted for the refrigeration system, so as to keep high durability and stale performance.
2. Easy Operation
(1) All our air cooled water chillers are fully charged and tested before leaving factory, thus facilitating immediate and easy installation at client-side.
(2) The daily operation can be conducted via the centralized control panel, which brings much convenience.
(3) Equipped with imported microcomputer digital temperature controller, the chilled water system is enabled precise and easy temperature setting and control, and provides chilled water with the temperature between 5℃ and 30℃.
3. High Efficiency and Flexibility
The air cooled water chiller has no need for cooling tower and water pump. Smaller sized chillers are fitted with casters, thus ensuring convenient moving and flexible movement direction change.
This range of industrial chiller is also equipped with multiple groups of chilled water connections.
4. Safe Running
Apart form the self-protection device for refrigeration compressor, the air cooled water chiller is also configured with many other functions to ensure constant safe and smooth operation. Included are air switch, overheating protection, high and low pressure protection, phase-sequence protection, water shortage protection, timing delay control, and automatic resetting function.
The air cooled water chiller is designed with dual isolated refrigeration circuits, various pump configurations, and PE insulated reservoirs. Some models are also available with scroll compressors in tandem arrangement.
Optional configurations for the air cooled chiller include remote control panel, automatic makeup water system, as well as powder coated housing. Additionally, we can offer potable water and process water chillers with isolated heat exchanger.

(1) Chilled water inlet temperature: 12℃;
(2) Chilled water outlet temperature: 7℃;
(3) Ambient temperature: 35℃.
2. Chilled water temperature range: 5℃ to 30℃.
3. Power supply: 3Φ/380V±10%/50Hz; ±2% phase voltage difference.
